Fairplay Terms & Conditions — Full Terms of Use

Fairplay (fairplay-bd.com) is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. By using the platform, you are considered to have voluntarily agreed to all of the terms and conditions set out below.

These terms apply to Fairplay's website, mobile app (Android and iOS), and all services operated under the platform. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Fairplay reserves the right to review any user's account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In practice, this only applies to accounts flagged for suspicious activity — regular users are unaffected.

To open and use an account on Fairplay, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years is required. Providing a false age during account registration is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual is only allowed One Account You may create one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and subject to penalties.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and other details at registration. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.
• Verifying your mobile number via OTP is mandatory.
• Fairplay may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time — this typically applies to large withdrawals.

Multiple people within the same household or sharing the same IP address may use Fairplay, provided each account is registered under a different person's name and verified with a separate mobile number. One person operating two accounts is not permitted under any circumstances.

Fairplay's deposit and withdrawal policies are clear and designed with the convenience of Bangladeshi users in mind.

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your account holds sufficient real money balance (bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly). Once a withdrawal request has been submitted for processing, it cannot be cancelled. Fairplay does not charge any withdrawal fees.

For large withdrawals (generally ৳50,000 or more), identity verification may be required. This is done to prevent fraud and ensure security — cooperation helps speed up the process.

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on Fairplay:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the Cash Out option is available.
• If odds contain an Obvious Error, Fairplay reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets placed on that match are automatically voided and stakes are returned.
• If a selection in an accumulator bet is voided, it will be settled at odds of 1.0 and the remaining selections will stand.
• During live betting, odds may change due to server delays. The odds at the time a bet is placed are final — no claims will be accepted after the fact.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (Arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

Fairplay sets a maximum bet limit for each market, which varies by sport and market type. High Roller accounts carry significantly higher limits. If you attempt to place a bet beyond the limit, the system will automatically reduce it to the maximum permitted amount.

Fairplay offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: First deposit only, once per account. Deposit and wagering requirements must be met to qualify for the bonus.
• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement of 5x–30x typically applies before bonus funds can be withdrawn. See the specific terms on the offer page.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days. Any bonus that expires within this period will be automatically forfeited.
• Simultaneous Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or assuming a false identity to claim bonuses will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

You are primarily responsible for keeping your Fairplay account secure. Please keep the following guidelines in mind:

• Never share your password with anyone — no Fairplay staff member will ever ask for it.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
• Always log out after using another person's device.
• Report any unusual account activity to support immediately.
• You are responsible for any bets placed through your account, regardless of who placed them.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Fairplay:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus Abuse — creating new accounts or placing low-risk bets solely to claim bonuses or fulfill wagering requirements.
• Betting on the outcome of match fixing or using insider information not available to the general public.
• Exploiting technical errors in the system or incorrect odds — any winnings from such activity will be voided and action may be taken against the account.
• Using automated bots or scripts for betting.
• Interfering with or harassing other users on the platform.
• Using Fairplay for money laundering or as a channel for funds from illegal sources.

If any of the above activities are proven, Fairplay will immediately close the account in question, seize any remaining balance, and pursue legal action if necessary.

Fairplay may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Creating an account using false information.
• Failure to provide documents after a KYC verification request.
• In cases of suspicious financial transactions.
• At the user's own request (temporary or permanent).

When an account is closed, any real money balance is generally refunded unless there are grounds for forfeiture. Bonus balances are not returned. If you wish to dispute an account closure, please contact support.

Fairplay believes betting is a form of entertainment — and it should never become a burden. That's why our responsible gaming tools are available to all users, free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum betting limit for yourself within a defined time period.
• Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account — this decision cannot be reversed.

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use Fairplay. This is a non-negotiable policy, and any account found to be in violation will be closed immediately.

How to Submit a Complaint:

• Notify us via live chat or in writing at support@fairplay-bd.com.
• Providing full details of your complaint — including the date, time, and transaction ID — will help us resolve it faster.
• General complaints are resolved within 48 hours. Complex cases may take up to 7 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may escalate the matter to senior management. Fairplay's final decision shall be considered binding.

Fairplay reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service — including specific games, markets, payment methods, or promotions — at any time. Where significant changes are made, advance notice will be provided wherever possible.

Fairplay may temporarily suspend services due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. For any bets placed during such periods, Fairplay will provide a reasonable resolution.

Fairplay may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The first time you log in after an update, you will be prompted to review and accept the revised terms. For significant changes, you will be notified via email or app notification.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you have the option to close your account. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
